Who is Therapy for?

Therapy services are for adults who feel they need the guidance therapy can provide them in navigating life and the bumps of life. 

 

The therapy process is either for individuals, couples, or families. 

 

The period for effective therapy is different for everyone, some people will feel resolution within six to twelve months and some people use therapy continuously. People find therapy effective with bi-weekly visits, again, everyone is different. I will work with you to find an effective treatment offering of services that will work for you.
